With us since our founding, Dr. Dena Hayes is one of our veteran team members. She brings her years of experience and skills to the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed in the areas of human resources, administrative service and company operations. She does this by driving the necessary forces of daily operations, grant funding sources as well as assisting with the development of new programs and enhancing current programs in place.

Tabari Peoples joined Operation Flame with the vision and drive to improve upon our Non-Profit Organization, and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity. His years of experience with gang intervention and homeless outreach makes him a very valuable asset to the organization.
